A message from Ron Ness - The Future Development of McKenzie County
Thursday, February 4, 2016

NDPC Members,

McKenzie County is currently undergoing an update of its existing comprehensive plan for future growth.  The updated plan will help inform the direction of long-term growth, the protection of important county resources such as Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and the safe separation of conflicting uses, such as residential and oil and gas infrastructure.

If you reside or operate in McKenzie County, please consider participating in the process by completing the short survey below.  Your input is an important part of the process, as the county works to make the zoning process better for all involved.

Please take the following survey available online at:http://planmckenzie.com/(top of page) or https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/X89QXJPThe survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

For more information, please visit the project website at: www.planmckenzie.com.

This project will focus on areas with County zoning jurisdiction and excludes the following areas: Yellowstone Township, Charbon Township, Randolph Township, Twin Valley Township, Elm Tree Township, Keene Township, Riverview Township, Hawkeye Township, Arnegard City, Alexander City, Watford City, Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, and all federally-owned lands.

Thank you!

Ron Ness, President
