WDEA's LoadPass Permits Advisory Committee will hold its spring meeting May 25 at a location in Bismarck.

The meeting is open to county commissioners, sheriffs, road superintendents, industry trucking interests and other interested parties. It will begin at 2:00 p.m. May 25 in the offices of Jadestone Consulting, located in the Alliance Real Estate building at 1022 E. Divide in Bismarck. 

Access to the meeting will be available remotely via the Zoom platform, but participants will be required to pre-register. Interested individuals may click here to register, and will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

The agenda includes discussion of new road use agreements recently enacted in Dunn and McKenzie Counties, recent permit system updates, the notification procedure for road restrictions and closures, and an update on LoadPass expansion activities.
