The North Dakota Association of Oil & Gas Producing Counties (NDAOGPC) represents the 17 oil and gas producing counties and advocates on their collective behalf.  The association has taken a position supporting the modification of the oil and gas tax distribution formula to return more funding to western North Dakota for infrastructure investment.

 

The association will be presenting the results of a study they commissioned along with more information about the funding initiative at the annual meeting to be held September 18, 2014 in Williston.  More information and registration is available at the link provided below.
