Join us for the 2nd Annual Cornhole Social, a fun and laid-back Friday holiday event featuring friendly competition, great drinks, and even better company. Whether you’re playing to win or just tossing bags for fun, this social is all about good vibes and community.

9:30 AM — Registration & Check-In Begins
10:00 AM — Qualifying Rounds Begin
10:45 AM — Teams Split into Tier 1 & Tier 2 / Tournament Play Begins
11:00 AM — Singles Tournament Begins
3:00 PM — Doubles Tournament Begins
6:00 PM — Awards

Important: All players must be registered and present for the 10:00 AM qualifying rounds. You must participate in qualifying to be placed into a tier and compete in the tournament.

The Williston Basin API Chapter is proud to host the 47th Annual API Chili Cook-Off, one of the Bakken's premier community events. Each year, local businesses, industry partners, and community members come together for an evening of award-winning chili, friendly competition, games, raffles, live entertainment, and fundraising—all supporting scholarships and charitable initiatives throughout western North Dakota.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorships for the 2027 Chili Cook-Off will open early 2027.

As one of the area's largest annual fundraising events, sponsorships provide outstanding visibility for your company while supporting scholarships, educational initiatives, and community programs throughout the Bakken.

Sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and many levels sell out quickly. Watch your email, our website, and social media for the official sponsorship announcement.

Chili Team Registration

Chili team spots are filled based on returning teams from the previous year. Returning teams will receive registration information directly and must confirm their participation by the announced deadline.

Should any team spots become available, they will be offered through a waitlist or announced publicly on the Williston API website and social media.

Marketing Deadlines

To receive maximum promotional exposure, sponsorship commitments and logos should be submitted before the published marketing deadlines.

Official 2027 marketing deadlines will be announced when sponsorship registration opens.

2027 Williston API Invitational Golf Tounament

Thank you for your interest in the 2027 Williston API Golf Tournament.

Please note that team participation is by invitation only. Submitting an inquiry lets us know your company is interested, but it does not guarantee an invitation or a team spot.

Membership Required: Companies must be current Williston Basin API members to be eligible for a team invitation.

Registration Opens in May 2027: Selected teams will receive registration information, deadlines, and additional tournament details when registration opens.

Limited Availability: Team invitations will be determined by the tournament committee based on event capacity and overall tournament needs.

Sponsorships are handled separately and do not include or guarantee a team entry.
