McKenzie County Road Survey
Wednesday, September 2, 2020

McKenzie County is developing a plan to improve roadway safety throughout the entire County. A survey has been developed to seek public input to identify locations on roadways where there is a safety concern. The survey can be accessed on the County’s home page (https://county.mckenziecounty.net/, click “Road Survey”) or on the Road Dept/Engineer web page at https://county.mckenziecounty.net/Department/RoadDept.

Those that live, have places of business, or travel through McKenzie County are strongly encouraged to participate in the survey and help the County address location-specific safety concerns on County roadways. This is industry’s opportunity to help direct County resources to areas where safety enhancements are necessary.

The survey is an important tool that the study team is using to gather input from County residents, those who work in the County, and those who travel through the County. The survey is map-based and will allow you to find specific locations with a safety concern, identify it with a marker, and then provide a description about the concern. The survey will be available until September 30, 2020.  Note that your input will be kept completely confidential. We will not be asking for your name, address, or place of employment. Your input is invaluable!
