The Williston Basin API Chapter is proud to host the 47th Annual Invitational Golf Tournament in July 2027.

The golf tournament is one of two major annual fundraising events hosted by the Williston Basin API Chapter. Proceeds help fund scholarships for students of active API members while also supporting local charities, nonprofit organizations, and community programs throughout the Bakken.

Team Participation

Golf team participation is by invitation only, and team availability is limited.

Companies must be current Williston Basin API members in good standing to be eligible to receive a team invitation and register.

Team registration is expected to open in May 2027. Selected teams will receive registration instructions, deadlines, and tournament information directly.

Companies interested in participating may submit a team inquiry; however, joining the inquiry list does not guarantee an invitation or a team spot.

Sponsorships and team registrations are separate. Purchasing a sponsorship does not include or guarantee a golf team.

Sponsorship opportunities are open to companies interested in supporting the tournament and gaining valuable exposure throughout the event.

You do not need to have a golf team to sponsor. Every sponsorship helps the Williston Basin API Chapter continue funding scholarships, supporting local organizations, and investing in the communities where we live and work.

Wednesday, July 7

For practice-round reservations, contact Eagle Ridge Golf Course directly to schedule a tee time.

4:00–8:00 PM — Team Check-In & Social

All invited teams must complete check-in before tournament play.

Thursday, July 8

8:00 AM — Food and Hole Sponsor Setup
8:45 AM — Team Meeting
9:00 AM — Shotgun Start
4:00 PM — Scorecards Due
5:00 PM — Team and Hole Prizes Awarded

Friday, July 9

Special tournament parking will be available on both days. Additional parking instructions will be provided before the event.

Important Tournament Policies

All golfers and attendees must be at least 21 years of age. Valid identification may be required. Teams allowing anyone under the age of 21 to participate or attend with the team may be disqualified.

All alcohol consumed on the course must be purchased through Eagle Ridge Golf Course. Teams possessing alcohol that was not purchased from Eagle Ridge may be subject to disqualification.

Tournament schedules, policies, and event details are subject to change. Final information will be provided to participating teams before the tournament.
