Load Restrictions Lifted on Most Highways
Seasonal load restrictions were lifted on the majority of ND highways effective Wednesday. Some annual load restrictions, however, remain in the northwest region.

WDEA to Host June 16 TENORM Meeting
The Western Dakota Energy Association will host an informational meeting next month to give the public an opportunity to learn more about two pending applications for the disposal of TENORM waste in Williams County.

DAPL Shutdown "Not Gonna Happen"
The executive chairman of the company that operates the Dakota Access Pipeline told attendees at this week's Williston Basin Petroleum Conference that the 1,176-mile crude oil pipeline will continue to move oil out of the Bakken in spite of demands that the flow be stopped while an environmental review is conducted.

A federal appeals court has unanimously denied a request for a re-hearing before the full court to consider a judge's order that invalidated a river crossing permit for the Dakota Access Pipeline.
